very impressive penthouse apartment at Roda Golf and Beach
Resort is situated near the town of Los Alcazeres and
only a 10 minute drive form Murcia (San Javiaer) airport.
It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with balconies of
the lounge and the master bedroom, overlocking the lemon/orange
grows, Mar Menor, La Manga and the Meditaranien sea.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen
with a washing machine and dishwasher. There is an air
conditioning hot/cold and central heating system for additional
comfort. Electric blinds are fitted to the patio and main
bedroom windows. The spacious roof terrace (solarium)
with its magnificent views, has tables and loungers for
extra comfort and relaxation.
The pool area comprises of two large pools
including a childrens paddling pool. The private underground
car park space has a lift that takes you straight to the
apartment making luggage handling hassle free. The 18
golf PGA championchip golfcourse and club house with restaurants,
managed by the DeVere Hotel Group is within walking distance.
